For our international customers: In case you do receive a defective product contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the order by emailing us at deals@bhawe.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. If the packet is found to have been tampered with, it must not be accepted by the customer and shall be returned to the shipping agency as received.
