Common Guidelines

  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted
  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within 10 days of receiving the product would not be accepted
  • The product would be picked in 5-7 days after the return or exchange request is approved
  • Alterations would be done only once for the blouses or customized orders, if needed. If you need any further alterations, the alteration and courier charges would have to be borne by the customer
  • Products bought during sale are non-refundable
  • Jewelry, Hair Accessory, Travel Accessory, Mending Kit, Brooches, Face Masks, Handkerchiefs, Paintings, Buntings cannot be returned or exchanged
  • BhaWe Lock-up & Re-create products cannot be exchanged or returned
  • Pre-draped sarees cannot be exchanged nor returned
  • Items purchased at our workspace are eligible for returns/exchanges only at the workspace. Similarly, items purchased online can only be returned/exchanged online
  • The credit note issued will be valid for 11 months from the date of issuance
  • BhaWe Gift Box is non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered
  • Please note when using coupon codes VWFPG5/VWB3G5, VWB5G10 or VWB10G15; on returning even one product from the order the entire offer will get voided. Only size variant exchange is possible. In case if exchange is not possible, then only store credit will be provided. No refunds shall be given

Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

While we want our products to exceed your expectations and strive to manufacture all of our textiles to a consistent specification, the nature of handwoven fabrics means that it can be sometimes difficult to accurately replicate the color and handling qualities of fabric from batch to batch and there can be a slight variation. This is the beauty of handmade, artisan textiles. Also please understand that the photos provided may not represent the true color or nature of a particular item with one hundred percent accuracy. Therefore, we recommend you to request a sample before purchasing fabrics from our online store.

Cancellation / Refund

  • In case there is an order cancellation, please do so within 24 hours from placing an order. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched
  • You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by calling us on our customer care number
  • You can cancel the order by emailing us at deals@bhawe.com or through your dashboard
  • If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we will refund the entire amount within 15-20 days
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet our standards. In this case, BhaWe will refund full amount with no deductions
  • Any complaints or compliments regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by consumers through the e-commerce facility should be directed to us at support@bhawe.com

Order Return

Since all of our products are driven by our artisanal textiles, we always recommend ordering test swatches first to ensure the fabric texture to meet your expectations.

Taking the time to order Test Swatches for review is the best way to ensure the correct fabric. While it may take a bit longer to receive your final goods, this offers assurance that your order will be correct.

  • If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at deals@bhawe.com mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable
  • Raise your return request within 10 days of receiving the shipment through https://As addresses reference site.in/apps/return_prime (our link)
  • If you receive a damaged/incorrect/incomplete order, do contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, by mailing us at deals@bhawe.com with your Order ID, and an image/video of the defect/item. We will either ship a replacement for the item or provide a refund for the product, once the pickup is done
  • The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charge
  • If you do opt for a credit note, you cannot en-cash it later
  • In case we do not have pickup service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product. A maximum of INR 150 would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping
  • Refunds typically take 3 to 7 business days to post to your account, but may take up to a full month. You will receive initial email confirmation once we process the refund within our system
  • For COD orders, the refund link will be sent to registered email and contact number. In case of non-redemption of the link, you can contact us within 3 months for a new link

Important Note

Please note that the following items/Defects are non-refundable:

  • Color reproduction on various digital screens vastly varies, hence there shall always be some gap between what you see online versus in real
  • Personalized items that are specially made or ordered, with your choice of name, fabric, message or other customized aspects
  • Postage & packaging costs
  • Some particular types of fabrics especially natural colored products might suffer inherent color bleeding for a few washes

Order Exchange

  • Raise an exchange request within 10 days of receiving the product through https://As addresses reference site.in/apps/return_prime (our link + Check availability). You will receive an approval mail from us within 48 hours if the request is accepted. A Credit Note will be issued for the product price within 3-4 days once the product is picked up
  • Mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet as stated below:

  • Please make sure that the original product tag and the packing is intact when the product is picked up
  • Items for refund must be returned in excellent condition and in the original packaging, where appropriate, unless faulty
  • No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 10 days of receiving the shipment. In case of exceptional cases, please write to us at deals@bhawe.com
  • You would be notified by us once we receive your shipment
  • In case we do not have pickup service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product. A maximum of INR 150 would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping
  • Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you
  • Credit Note once issued cannot be en-cashed
  • Products bought during sale are non-refundable
  • Gift wrap cannot be refunded

Important Note

  • For fabrics, color differences due to batch-to-batch variations does not count as defective or incorrect
  • Any request of exchange shall be fulfilled subject to the availability of the product/similar products in our inventory on the date of receipt of returned order/products
  • Products must not be washed, ironed, or altered in any way

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is free on purchases above INR 1,900
  • Orders are delivered within 5 to 6 working days, unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details
  • Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at support@bhawe.com within 2 hours of placing the order
  • Any decision taken by us in respect of cancellation of an order shall be final and binding on you. You hereby agree to not dispute the decision made by us and accept the decision regarding such cancellation
