Minimum & Maximum Size Requirements (Per Fabric Type)

To ensure smooth handling and fair use of resources, please follow the size guidelines below for each fabric type. This helps us maintain efficiency and avoid fabric overload in our small-batch upcycling process:

Maximum Number of Fabrics Per Shipment

• You may send up to 5 fabric items in one shipment.
• Maximum total fabric length per shipment: 20 meters.
• Each saree, stole, scarf, shawl, or fabric piece counts as one item.

Important Notes:

• Fabrics below the standard sizes will not qualify for coupons and may be returned (return shipping to be paid by customer) or donated.
• Oversized fabrics require pre-approval.
• Shipments over 15 meters may not be accepted without prior approval.
• Please avoid sending bulk or excessive quantities at once.
• If unsure about size, reach out before shipping.

Why the Limit?

We aim for mindful transformation of each fabric you send. Working closely with artisans, we ensure:

• High-quality production with minimal waste
• Fair scheduling for artisans
• Prevention of overstock and underutilization
• Meaningful artisan engagement

One Discount Code Per Shipment

All items sent together will be grouped into one coupon.

Example:

• 1 Pure Cotton saree → INR 200
• 1 Ahimsa Silk saree → INR 250
• Total Discount: INR 450 ➝ Coupon Value: INR 250 (Min Order: INR 900)

Reward Value Cap

We appreciate your contribution and offer handcrafted rewards based on fabric quality and significance.

• Max reward per shipment: INR 1500 in store credits
• Min order value to use credits: INR 3000
• This cap applies regardless of fabric count or length (up to 20 meters)

Example:

• 4 Kanchipuram silk sarees → INR 1500
• 1 Ahimsa Silk fabric → INR 200
• Total reward: INR 1700 ➝ Final reward value: INR 1500
